Calisthenics

Learn the proper progressions for big bodyweight movements that make the foundation of a functional body. In this class you will learn a variety of calisthenics skills such as muscle ups, levers, handstands and pistol squats to name a couple.

It’s all about improving form on and off the wall, and having fun!
