WARRANTY POLICY

If a product you purchased from us contains a manufacturing fault, we would be happy to assess this for you and either replace, credit or refund as desired (if a claim deemed to be legitimate). In order to process any warranty claim we require the following:

  • The faulty product to be assessed
  • Proof of purchase (in the form of a receipt or bank statement)
  • Identification (in the form of a driver’s license, passport or Australian state and territory issued identity photo card)

It is important to note that normal ‘wear and tear’ is not considered a manufacturing fault. A manufacturing fault would be considered as any problem that prevents a product from performing as intended by the manufacturer.
