POWER YOGA

A fast-paced and intense style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance, linking your breath to the different movements of your body.

YIN & YANG YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer. Yin relates to the deep connective tissues and joints in the body.

Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active practice. This works on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.

Combining both Yin and Yang Yoga in one class provides a balanced practice and can have a powerful effect on energy levels!

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Akemi leads you through this Yoga practice on Sunday mornings. Restorative Yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Great for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
